Thanksgiving 2008

For the first time ever, the Averette Family was able to spend a holiday all together. We were on the same continent, in the same country, in the same time zone, in the same state, all under one roof at the same time for four days. It was a long time coming, but we finally made it happen! We were six adults, two grandmas, seven kids, five dogs and a Partridge in a pear tree. Hopefully this was the first of many family reunions to come. Tybee Island 2009, here we come!
Ty got a ride and a date!!

Pumpkin Patch 2008

We spent a beautiful afternoon looking for the perfect pumpkin at the patch. We never actually did find one that the kids could both agree on, but still we had a great afternoon. Alex enjoyed the rabbit petting and Vincent loved the pony rides. They both had a blast in the GIANT pumpkin inflatable.

hmm...how 'bout this one

brotherly love

Doesn't this thing go any faster?

This is the rabbit Alex wanted to take home. He said, "Mommy, if you buy me this rabbit, I promise to take care of it." He can't even remember to feed his 134 lb. dogs lol.
